The Society of Obsessive Female Toy Traders, aka SOFTTies, is a group for women who obsessively collect, sell, trade, open, don't open, play with, don't play with, share, display, customize and make our own when the toymakers don't make 'em right, every kind of toy, action figure or doll. Yes, we still play with toys!

Before taking over the known universe, S.O.F.T.T. made its humble beginnings in the toy boxes of women from Seattle, WA, USA. They were soon overwhelmed by the phenomemon of women toy collectors who weren't from Seattle and the "S" was changed to Society to encompass and embrace the phenomenon of toy collecting women from all over the globe.
